Dancing With The Carolina Stars Fundraiser

Dancing With The Carolina Stars will feature local celebrities paired with professional dancers in a competition to raise funds for the theater. Guests will vote for their favorite dance duo to win. In addition to the dance competition, the fundraiser will also host live and silent auctions. Dancing With The Carolina Stars is presented by The Adam Dickinson Realty Group.
Dancing With The Carolina Stars will feature Orlando Aguilar, co-owner of H2O Hair Salon and Spa, Vernetta Alston, former Durham councilmember and current state representative, Keely Arthur, investigative reporter for WRAL News, Shannon Healy, co-owner of Alley Twenty Six, and Andrea Moore, prizewinning opera singer and co-owner of Alley Twenty Six. This year’s event will feature a new option for guests to upgrade their ticket to join the VIP after-event experience. VIP ticketholders will enjoy a special after-hours event where the theater will be transformed into a multi-level live music experience featuring a live band on the stage of Fletcher Hall, a jazz ensemble in Connie Moses Ballroom, and a live DJ in the Donor Lounge. VIP ticketholders have the opportunity to mingle with the stars of Dancing With The Carolina Stars, while enjoying a complimentary specialty drink and gourmet concessions catered by Chef Paris from Teer Farm.
